Virginia Tech's potential liability "is going to turn on what they knew [about Cho or the initial shootings Monday] and when they knew it," said Brent Bryson, a lawyer.

In 2003, John Fishwick, a Roanoke lawyer, won a $350,000 settlement from the state for the family of an inmate killed at Wallens Ridge, a supermax prison.
Fishwick said Thursday that one avenue for a liability suit could be "a civil rights claim for violations for known constitutional rights." He added, "The standard for these claims is a high standard -- deliberate indifference."

Like Bryson, Fishwick said, "The focus in this case would be what the decisionmakers knew and when they knew it, and whether they knew they were violating the known rights of the victims when they made their various decisions."

Fishwick emphasized that it is premature to speculate about what, if any, liability Virginia Tech or law enforcement officials might have.
"I believe it is too early to evaluate the merits of any claims until a full investigation is complete and all the facts are known," he said. "Like everyone else in our area, I feel tremendous sorrow for the Virginia Tech community."

This is an exciting development as we are finally having some of the most important questions addressed; why didn't they act? Was there deliberate indifference on the part of the authorities?

We can only hope this goes ahead and an impartial,non-system planning corp, investigation takes place.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Justice?

As the sixth-month anniversary of the Virginia Tech massacre approaches, a lawyer representing 20 people killed or injured in the April shootings has began notifying the town and the state about possible lawsuits.

Blacksburg Town Attorney Larry Spencer said he received notices Friday from Peter Grenier, a personal injury lawyer in Washington, D.C., of possible lawsuits claiming negligence by the town and its employees.
A spokesman for the state attorney general’s office said it received notice Friday from Grenier’s law firm of a possible lawsuit on behalf of injured student Kevin Sterne. Tucker Martin said he could not say whether it was a possible lawsuit against Virginia Tech or the state itself.

The notice does not necessarily mean lawsuits will be filed, but such notification is needed by Tuesday, six months after the shootings, if lawsuits against a locality are to be filed in state court. A notice of a claim against Virginia Tech or the state must be filed within a year.
More than two hours elapsed between the dormitory slayings and Cho’s rampage at Norris Hall, and police initially thought the first shootings were an act of domestic violence. Grenier’s notices to the town alleged that Blacksburg police, who were among officers who responded, “failed to conduct a reasonably thorough and professionally appropriate investigation.”

Grenier also contended that town officials failed to take steps to protect Virginia Tech students.

University students and employees were not notified of the first shootings for more than two hours, and Grenier said the e-mail notice sent by school officials “was inaccurate and incomplete” and “unlikely to sufficiently advise students of the serious risks posed to their safety.” Incompetence or malevolence?

Greg Gwaltney, whose son Matthew Gregory Gwaltney was killed, said he and the other families represented by Grenier’s firm have been advised not to comment regarding the potential lawsuits. But he said many of the families planned to go to Capitol Hill on Tuesday to speak regarding the Brady Act, which requires a background check for anyone buying a gun.
Grenier represents the families of 12 people killed and eight who were injured in the shootings. A phone message seeking comment from Grenier was not immediately returned.

A second lawyer who is representing a family of one of the slain students also did not immediately return a phone message, but Spencer said he had received no other notices that lawsuits may be filed.
The town attorney said he was not surprised by the notices from Grenier. “The law firm had informed me to expect this,” he said.

Note from the author: Unfortunately I cannot contribute to this blog as frequently as I would like. Though the information collected here could still be of use in the future it will not be updated with the same frequency as other blogs.

It has recently come to my attention that an MSNBC News Report on the Virginia Tech Massacre stated that a reliable ATF Department (Alcohol, Tobacco and Fire Arms department) had confirmed that the shooter was not a student but did have access to the dormitories.

According to this report several fire arms recovered from the site were being driven away from the scene and to an ATF Lab in Marilyn.

The man the MSNBC report alleges to have been behind the shootings was a Chinese foreign national on a student visa and not the Korean Seung-Hui Cho, who held permanent residence status.

This information could be considered further evidence of the second gunman theory detailed elsewhere in this blog.

VTConspiracy News: Cho hired an escort

Seung-Hui Cho hired an escort to dance for him in a motel room one month before the massacre at Virginia Tech's campus, dancer Chastity Frye said in an on camera interview with a TV station in Roanoke, Va.

"He was so quiet. I really couldn't get much from him. He was so distant. He really didn't like to talk a lot," Frye said in the interview. "It seemed like he wasn't all there."

Frye said that a "creepy" Cho called the escort service she works for and hired her to meet him for one hour at a Roanoke motel, about a 30-minute drive from Virginia Tech's Blacksburg campus.
About 15 minutes into the performance for Cho, Frye said, it appeared that her client had no interest.

"I danced for a little while and I thought we were done because he got up and went to the restroom and began washing," said Frye, a white woman with blond hair.

Frye told WSLS that she told Cho she was going to leave, to which he responded that he had paid for a full hour and she had only performed 15 minutes.
When she resumed dancing, Frye said that Cho touched her and tried "to get on" her before she pushed him away. Cho then apparently respected her wishes.

Frye said she thought Cho looked familiar when she saw his face in the coverage of the Virginia Tech killings.
She got a call from the FBI, which she said tracked her down through Cho's credit card receipts. Frye said that during a weekend interview, investigators asked her to describe Cho using three words. She chose "dorky," "timid" and a "little pushy."

An FBI spokeswoman from the Richmond, Va., field office, which is overseeing the Virginia Tech case, said the FBI would not comment on possible witnesses.
"I'm not able to comment on who we are and are not talking to," spokeswoman Dee Rybiski told ABC News. "I will confirm that I have had agents there since Monday of last week -- conducting all sorts of interviews."

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) will be attempting to recruit students at Virginia Tech for the second time this year.
Groups of angered students, who view the CIA as an immoral organisation that engages in torture and murder, will be protesting their attempt at recruitment.

Last spring Nicholas Kiersey organized a protest when the CIA came in an attempt to recruit. He released the following statement Monday about the CIA's trip to Torgeson 3100 Thursday at 7 p.m.:

"Blacksburg, VA November 13, 2005 - A coalition of concerned graduate students and campus organizations at Virginia Tech are this Thursday staging a 'teach in' to protest CIA recruitment on campus. Planned events also include the protest of a 'career information' session to be held by the CIA later that evening."

On November 2nd, 2005 the Washington Post published an article entitled “CIA Holds Terror Suspects in Secret Prisons”. The article reported that the CIA has set up a covert network of secret prisons and interrogation centers, known as “black sites”, in several countries around the world, including several democracies in Eastern Europe and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Prisoners at these facilities are held indefinitely and often in isolation, without due process of the law. Moreover, CIA interrogators working at these sites are permitted to use the CIA's approved "Enhanced Interrogation Techniques," some of which are prohibited by the U.N. convention and by U.S. military law. Among the tactics approved for use are "waterboarding", intended to induce in prisoners the idea that they are drowning.

While intelligence officials defend the unrestricted operation of these sites as necessary for the successful defense of the country, it should be noted that both the sites and the suspected practices carried out at them would be illegal if operated within the USA, which is a signatory to the U.N. Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment. Importantly, the same is true for the democratic host states in Eastern Europe where some of these sites are located.

The 'Teach In' will take place on Thursday, Nov. 17, 5-6.30pm, in Torgerson 3100. The event will feature talks by Virginia Tech instructors and the presentation of a draft letter to President Steger's office, signed by a number of concerned Virginia Tech faculty and students.

The letter will request that Virginia Tech place a moratorium on all CIA activities on Virginia Tech's campus until such time as a thorough and independent investigation certifies that the organization has been thoroughly reformed and no longer engages in practices that contravene international law and basic standards of human rights.

The CIA's scheduled 'career information' session will take place at 7pm in the same location.

Sponsoring campus organizations include: The International Club and Amnesty International at Virginia Tech."

Is it possible that Cho, through these 'recruitment sessions' became involved with the CIA before the massacre? It is certainly an interesting idea and should be explored further.

VTConspiracy News: Criminologist in disbelief

Professor of Criminology at Florida Gulf Coast University, Charles Mesloh, told NBC 2 News that he was shocked Cho could have killed 32 people with two handguns absent expert training. Mesloh immediately assumed that Cho must have used a shotgun or an assault rifle.

"I'm dumbfounded by the number of people he managed to kill with these weapons," said Mesloh, "The only thing I can figure is that he got close to them and he simply executed them."

Mesloh said the killer performed like a trained professional, "He had a 60% fatality rate with handguns - that's unheard of given 9 millimeters don't kill people instantly," said Mesloh, stating that the handguns Cho used were designed for "plinking at cans," not executing human beings.

VTConspiracy News: Inconsistent News Reports

On April the 16th Charles Steger, president of Virginia Tech, stated that the shooter responsible for the Virginia Tech Massacre had no identification. He admitted to a CNN report that the identity of the deceased gunman could not be confirmed.

"We have not confirmed the identity of the gunman, because he carried no identification on his person, and we are in the process of attempting that identification."

However this claim was later retracted when officials started to claim that Cho Seung-Hui was carrying a receipt on his person that led them to the store where he had bought the weapon.

"That's the first gun traced to that shop, not by the serial number on the gun, Paula, but on the receipt that he was carrying that they found on his dead body. He had filed away the serial numbers in three different spots on that Glock .9-millimeter, which makes no sense, because he's carrying the receipt." - Drew Griffen, CNN Investigative Correspondant

I must agree. It does make very little sense for Cho Seung-Hui to be carrying a receipt. Considering he had bought these guns months before the attack it seems rather unlikely that he would, very conveniently, happen to keep a hold of one.
It seems even more unlikely that he would have accidentally kept one as he had filed off the serial number on the weapons, suggesting that he wanted the source of the guns to remain unknown.

As I said before, inconsistencies in the media accounts of the attack are disturbingly common.

Also according to Karina Porushkevich, a student at Virginia Tech, all phone-lines were blocked and many were unable to contact their families following the assault.

"It was very, very saddening. I was crying. I couldn't reach my family because they turn -- like the phones were off, everything was off."

This report received surprisingly little news coverage.

A University of Colorado student pleaded not guilty Wednesday to making comments that classmates deemed sympathetic toward the gunman blamed for killing 32 students and himself at Virginia Tech, authorities said.
During a class discussion on April the 17th regarding the massacre at Virginia Tech, Max Karson "made comments about understanding how someone could kill 32 people," university police Commander Brad Wiesley said.

His father, Michael Karson, told the Camera Newspaper that the comments may have been misinterpreted and questioned whether his son's free speech rights had been violated.
"I would have hoped that state officials would know their First Amendment better than they seem to," he said.

Also a former Emmanuel College adjunct professor was recently fired for starting a discussion on the recent Virginia Tech Massacre. On April the 22nd he stated that the college violated his rights and has tried to stifle valid discussion of a controversial topic.

"Every other faculty member there has learned the lesson of 'be quiet,' " adjunct professor Nicholas Winset said in a telephone interview yesterday. "How can you be a professor and not touch on controversy?"

On Saturday, Winset posted an 18-minute defense of his actions on YouTube.com, a popular website for homemade video clips.
Under the title "Fired Professor Speaks Out!" the four-part video features Winset describing the lecture that led to his dismissal.
He said it included a brief discussion of gun control, whether to respond to violence with violence, and the public's "celebration of victim-hood" in the aftermath of the Virginia Tech shootings.

There is clearly a lot of sensitivity surrounding the Virginia Tech Massacre and most are unwilling to tackle the issue. With such blatant attacks on civil liberties occurring, those stated above serving as an example, we must ask: are we allowing our sensitivity to damage our liberty?

VTConspiracy News: Police search phones, e-mails and records

Investigators pressed ahead Saturday with their search for Virginia Tech shooter, Cho Seung-Hui's, motives.

Authorities sought Cho's cell phone records, thinking he may have informed someone about the attack. They also hope to glean any relevant information from his e-mails and that of Emily Hilscher, one of the first two victims.

"Seung-Hui Cho is known to have communicated by cellular telephone and may have communicated with others concerning his plans to carry out attacks on students and faculty at Virginia Tech,'' police wrote Friday in an affidavit seeking records from Verizon Wireless.
The affidavit also states that Cho regularly made calls on Sunday evenings.

Police also sought warrants for Virginia Tech e-mail records in their hunt for a connection between Cho and Hilscher, who was killed at West Ambler Johnston Hall. This would allow them to probe most Virginia Tech school e-mail records.

Another affidavit sought Cho's records from the student health center, and police obtained his medical and counseling files. The contents of the affidavits were first reported by ABC News.com. Investigators are still trying to establish how he selected his victims.

Seven people hurt in the rampage remained hospitalized, at least one in serious condition.

However as already stated in this blog investigations are being "assisted" by The System Planning Corp. (an organisation responsible for the production of military technology and biological weapons) how much will the SPC be hiding during the course of the investigation?

VTConspiracy News: Cho NOT linked to first VTech shootings

Police said on Wednesday that they can find no link between Cho Seung-Hui and his first alleged victims in last week's shooting rampage.

Emily Hilscher (pictured) and dormitory resident assistant Ryan Clark, 22, were the first of 32 people slain on the Blacksburg campus April 16. Witnesses claim to have seen gunman Cho Seung-Hui waiting outside Hilscher's dorm at about 7 a.m. that day, State Police Superintendent Steve Flaherty said in a news conference.

"There's no motive that we're convinced of or can support with evidence," Flaherty said.
Police gave new details of Cho's shooting spree.

In a space of less than ten minutes Cho fired more than 170 bullets and killed 30 people, Virginia Tech Police Chief Wendell Flinchum claims.
Nearby were Cho's 9mm and .22-caliber pistols, Flinchum said, as well as unused ammunition. Evidence gathered in the past week shows Cho may have practiced at local shooting ranges.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Second Gunman

The idea of a second Virginia Tech gunman was initially supported by police investigators, however it was abruptly dropped shortly after the massacre.
However there are a number of events and circumstances that indicate the presence of a second gunman.

Park Chang-Min, a 27-year-old engineering student at Virginia tech, said in an interview with South Korean journalists that the perpetrator "... hid his face behind a mask and had his brown-coloured cap lowered to his eyes. He wore glasses and something like a black ammo jacket". This information conflicts with another eye-witness report that claims Cho was dressed "almost like a Boy Scout".

Furthermore a report released by Fox News states that "A government official with knowledge of the shooting said the gunman had been arrested."

Officials also persued Karl Thornhill as a suspect of the first shooting while the larger massacre took place. At 8:25am on Monday the 16th of April Police detained Karl Thornhill for questioning.

Another reason for believing there was a second gunman is the accuracy of the killings. A fire arms instructor recently said that most people, unless heavily trained and highly skilled, lack competence in the use of fire arms.
An example of this is in an LA police shooting. A Police Officer fired 112 rounds from close range but nicked the suspect only once. The suspect was not engaging the Officer. The Officer was presumably well trained in the use of fire arms and yet he could only exact minimal damage upon the potentially dangerous suspect.

How could an untrained college student show more proficiency in fire arm use than a well trained LA Cop?
Such proficiency can only come from extended periods of practice. This is not the work of an amateur.

Was Cho Seung-Hui assisted by a trained, masked assassin?

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: The System Planning Corp. Cover-Up

The System Planning Corporation (SPC) announced on April the 25th that the TriData division of its corporation is to provide "research" and "staff support" for the investigation of the Virginia Tech Massacre.
The Virginia Governor, Timothy Kaine, visited the SPC headquarters on April the 24th in order to meet with SPC Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ronald L. Easley, TriData division President Philip Schaenman, Director of TriData's Center for Public Protection Hollis Stambaugh and the SPC CEO's Senior Advisor Charles L. Cragin in order to discuss their involvement in the investigation.

SPC is a corporation that conducts research and produces electronics and computer software for the US Department of Defence and other federal government agencies in the support of "National Security".
SPC/TriData has performed studies and analyses for federal agencies, including the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, FEMA and USFA.

The SPC is largely interested in Arms Control, Ballistic Missile Defence, Homeland Security, Continuity of Government, Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Warfare and Radar Cross Section analysis. Surely it should be considered suspicious that a corporation concerned with the production of biological weapons should be interested in the comparatively small events of April the 16th on the campus of Virginia Tech.

The SPC is also closely associated with FEMA (the Federal Emergency Management Agency), having frequently preformed studies and analyses for them. FEMA is responsible for the maintenance of numerous Internment Camps located across the United States. One breathtaking video gives a walk through of one of these camps, located in Beech Grove, Indiana.

As the SPC openly profits from the creation of lethal biological weapons it isn't difficult to imagine that they would also involve themselves with a government cover-up. Such an amoral organisation can only stifle the truthfulness of this investigation, in my view.

The Washington Post had this to say about the SPC's involvement in the investigation:

An Arlington County consulting firm that evaluated the emergency response to the 1999 Columbine High School shootings and other public safety crises has been hired by state officials to assist the panel that will investigate the Virginia Tech massacre.

TriData Corp. will provide staff and research support to the eight-member panel named last week by Gov. Timothy M. Kaine (D). Kaine, in Northern Virginia yesterday for a community meeting with the South Korean ambassador, met privately with Philip S. Schaenman, TriData’s president. Schaenman said the contract terms are being worked out.

A division of defense contractor System Planning Corp. TriData is best known for studying fire safety issues. But it also conducted a study for the Federal Emergency Management Agency on police and emergency medical response to the shootings at Columbine, in which two students killed 15, including themselves, at the Colorado school. The report pointed out problems with communications and management of the disaster scene.

The firm was retained by Virginia officials to review the chaotic response to a false positive anthrax test at the Pentagon’s remote mail facility and a similar alarm at Defense Department sites in Fairfax County in March 2005.

Again the firm concluded that poor communication and unclear chains of command hampered coordination between federal officials and local jurisdictions. Schaenman told a congressional committee that the response was “the homeland security version of the fog of war.” - Washington Post

Naturally they would make such a conclusion, being closely involved with the federal forces that failed to act on the day of the massacre.

With corporate and federal organisations becoming more intricately involved with the investigation of the Virginia Tech Massacre we can only question their eventual conclusions. Not only on the grounds of a likely conspiracy but also on the ground that these organisations would benefit from the covering-up of federal incompetence or deliberate inaction.

Whether or not you are convinced of the governments involvement in the Virginia Tech Massacre the SPC's investigation can only be seen as biased and harmful.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: McNeil Technologies

According to an ABC News article on the Virginia Tech Massacre Seung-Hui's sister, Sun Kyung-Cho, was employed at McNeil Technologies.

A source, who asked to be identified as a senior Administration official, said she works for McNeil Technologies, a firm contracted by the State Department to manage reconstruction efforts in Iraq. - ABC News

McNeil Technologies was founded in 1984. The company is responsible for numerous security orientated technologies. Key Clients for the McNeil Security Center include:

Transportation Security Administration
National Intelligence Agencies
Department of Defense
Department of Justice
Department of Homeland Security
General Aviation Airports

This is certainly suspicious as McNeil Technologies is deeply involved in secret military operations. As stated by their CEO, Ronald Thomas "The McNeil Security Services Center provides front-line security protection at highly sensitive or classified facilities."
McNeil Technologies also provides security screening technology for airports, Train Stations, Rail Lines, Ports, Harbors and Cruise Liners.

McNeil Technologies and the McNeil Security Center almost exclusively hire individuals who have TSA Certification, Government Security Clearances and with experience in military, law enforcement and security.
McNeil Securities greatly profited from the tightened security principles of the post 9/11 United States Administration.

Not only that but McNeil Security Services Center has a suite located in Loisdale Court, Springfield; Virginia.

Intelligence Architecture Operations in support of the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC).
Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) which supports the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and other government agencies, and
HUMINT (Human Intel) operations in support of DIA, or with federal counter Intel outsourcing effort.

The McNeil Security Center is therefore responsible for Human Intelligence operations, along with federal forces. Perhaps the same Federal Forces who refused to engage Cho Seung-Hui?
When we investigate the Key Solutions section of the McNeil Technologies site we see the following concerning Human Intelligence Operations:

"Classified CONUS and OCONUS support by seasoned Intel professionals."

But what does "CONUS" and "OCONUS" stand for? CONUS is a military abbreviation, it means they employ individuals to work in the Continental United States as part of security operations. This same organisation also profited from the post-Columbine panic in which they set up metal-detectors in High Schools.

Were they involved with the Virginia Tech Massacre? Considering their impressive resume of profiteering it doesn't seem too unlikely that the McNeil Security Center would object to subsidising a large school shooting and thus up their profit. But of course McNeil Technologies would hardly act alone on such a scheme, therefore someone must have hired them.

It's extremely interesting to chart the influence that the McNeil Technologies and Security Center has over the Virginia Tech Massacre. Not only was the sister of the murderer employed by the organisation but the McNeil Security Center is also closely tied to Federal Forces for whom local police were ordered to stand down on the day of the attack. Is this a coincidence?

Already military and corporate involvement in the Virginia Tech Massacre is coming to light. All these organisation will profit greatly from the upped sense of fear and vulnerability in American Schools.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: The US State Department

Sun Kyong-Cho, Cho Seung-Hui’s sister, is employed as a contractor by the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office (IRMO).
This is the third time that Sun Cho has been employed by the state department since her graduation from Princeton University, with an economics major in 2004.
Strangely the spokesman for the State Department, Sean McCormack, immediately wished to disassociate the department with Cho Seung-Hui’s sister, even going as far as to deny her employment; "this person is not a direct-hire employee of the State Department." He refused to make any further comment.
According to US officials and a State Department staff directory she works from an annex near the department's headquarters in Washington.

The Iraq Reconstruction Management Office was established by a Presidential Directive to coordinate the U.S. reconstruction program in Iraq, in cooperation with U.S. government agencies and the Iraqi government.

The office also has several Washington-based positions.

"Our mission is to support the sovereign, democratic rights of the Iraqi people to govern themselves, defend their country and rebuild their economy," the office says in its recruiting brochure. "This ongoing mission is one that is unprecedented in size and scope."
Sun Kyung-Cho also worked at the Department's International Labour Office along with a three-month economics internship. Afterwards she began her senior year at the US Embassy in Bangkok, sponsored by Princtosn International Internship Program.

"They were the most amazing three months of my life," Sun Cho told the university's weekly bulletin in November 24, 2003, article about the program, describing her experiences in the Thai capital.

"I found that the best way to get to know the city was taking the skytrain to random locations and walking around for a couple of hours."

"I think it is always easy for Americans to maintain an American way of life abroad. The best thing is to avoid these traps and go out there and immerse yourself in a new culture."

The article described a visit to a border town where she saw deplorable working conditions for Burmese migrant workers.
She said the experience was so profound that after returning to campus, she changed the focus of her senior thesis to a more labour-related topic.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Cho Family Potential Criminality

Though he attended Virginia Tech for some time before his rampage few of Cho Seung-Hui’s fellow alumni’s of Westfield High School have been able to identify him. More disturbingly these fellow alumni are now deceased. What could they have told us about Cho if anything?

In order to answer further questions about Cho Seung-Hui we must also answer some questions about the cultural relevance of tattoos in East Asia. In Japan tattoos are largely regarded as solely the territory of criminals, most notably the Yakuza. These criminals will often use tattoos as symbols to represent qualities possessed or desired. It should be noted that classical Japanese tattooing often concerns itself with religious motifs.

But how does this relate to South Korea? The South Korean National Police often deny the existence of organized crime, however in Seoul in (1990) they posted signs encouraging citizens to report any information concerning “p'ongnyokpae”, violent bands of men armed with knives and improvised weapons. The ties these bands and later violent groups had with the Japanese Yakuza are evident. From 1990 onward this criminality greatly escalated.

It should also be emphasized that Seoul is the city in which Cho Seung-Hui’s family resided prior to their arrival in the United States. Their “former landlord” Lim Bong-ae states that "I didn't know what (Cho's father) did for a living. But they lived a poor life," Lim told a newspaper. "While emigrating, (Cho's father) said they were going to America because it is difficult to live here and that it's better to live in a place where he is unknown."
Is it at all possible that Cho’s father was involved in organized crime? Is this involvement what inspired him to move to the United States?

Cho Seung-Hui's father is also alleged to have made money in Saudi Arabia.
"They bought the tiny shop with the money my son-in-law made in Saudi Arabia before he got married," Said Cho Seung-Hui's Uncle Kim. What exactly was Cho Seung-Hui's father doing in Saudi Arabia that earned him this money? Saudi Arabia is known to have close ties to American Government, so much so that 140 Saudi Arabians were permitted to leave the country even while a nation-wide No-Fly-Zone status was in effect, in 2001.

How was Cho Seung-Hui's father involved with Saudi Arabia and was he involved with South Korean criminality? It's difficult to know, considering that the majority of Cho Seung-Hui's family are now under Federal custody.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Photograph Analysis

A photograph began circulating the Internet recently showing Cho Seung-Hui dressed in MARPAT Camouflage (Marine Pattern). A certain amount of controversy has surrounded the photograph, some believing it to be a mere hoax. However similarities between the man in the photograph and other images of Cho Seung-Hui are evident.

In the above image we can clearly see a resemblance between Cho and the masked marine.

In the image below we can see that both these individuals share a common scar or skin abnormality, circled.

This is undoubtedly the most telling piece of evidence for a possible Virginia Tech Conspiracy. Not only is Cho linked to the US State Department but could also have been involved with the US Military.

Some have, quite ineffectually, argued that there are differences between the Cho in the video released by NBC and the Cho that appears in Military Uniform. However, as I have already insinuated, this argument is easily refuted. Even if there were glaring differences between the Cho in Uniform and the Cho of the NBC package, Cho Seung-Hui looks radically different in many photographs released by the media. Below is an example of this:

However nobody would argue that these are two different people. It is clearly Cho in all of the above photographs, the similarities being too many to simply discount.

The family's whereabouts are unclear. But authorities said they are under law enforcement protection. - CNN

A South Korean Foreign Ministry official said on Friday that the parents and sister of Cho Seung-Hui are under police "protection".
The official cited a South Korean consul in the United States as saying that the parents of Cho Seung-Hui and his sister were under police custody.
"From the beginning, he wouldn't answer me," Kim Yang-soon, Cho's great aunt, said in an interview with Associated Press Television News on Thursday. "[He] didn't talk. Normally sons and mothers talk. There was none of that for them. He was very cold."

"When they went to the United States, they told them it was autism," said Kim, 85, adding that the family had constant worries about Cho.

Cho's uncle gave a similar account, but said there were no early indications that the South Korean student who killed 32 people and himself at Virginia Tech University in the U.S. had serious problems. The uncle asked to be identified only by his last name, Kim.
Cho "didn't talk much when he was young. He was very quiet, but he didn't display any peculiarities to suggest he may have problems," Kim told The Associated Press in a telephone interview Thursday. "We were concerned about him being too quiet and encouraged him to talk more."

Other media sources have reported that Cho Seung-Hui suffered from autism, however this contradicts Dr. William Massello who said there was nothing unusual about Cho's autopsy. He said there was nothing that would have hinted at any psychological problems that might have led him to commit the worst shooting massacre in modern U.S. history.

Oddly enough Cho Seung-Hui's uncle Kim claimed not to recognize his nephew when his picture appeared on television.
"I am devastated," Kim said between heavy sighs. "I don't know what I can tell the victims' families and the U.S. citizens. I sincerely apologize ... as a family member."

"They had trouble making ends meet in Korea. The book store they had didn't turn much profit," Kim said.
He said his sister -Cho's mother- occasionally called around holidays, but never mentioned having any problems with her son.
"She said the children were studying well. She didn't seem worried about her children at all," Kim said. "She just talked about how hard she had to work to make a living, to support the children."

Shockingly Cho's uncle said he has been unable to contact his sister, Cho's mother, since the day of the massacre.

“Ismail Ax” is the cryptic tattoo found on the body of Cho Sueng-Hui. Speculation across the internet is rife, each person describing their own theory and violently contesting those that disagree with their assessment.

But by far the most common, and most likely theory, is that the words are taken from a verse of the Islamic Koran (Qur’an). This verse involved Ismail, whose father used an “ax” to bring down false idols. The verses concerning Ismail are as follows:

“After making sure that nobody was left in town, Ibrahim went towards the temple armed with an axe. Statues of all shapes and sizes were sitting there adorned with decorations. Plates of food were offered to them, but the food was untouched. "Well, why do you not eat? The food is getting cold." He said to the statues, joking. Then, with his axe, Ibrahim destroyed all the statues except one, the biggest of them all. He hung the axe around its neck and left.”

However there is controversy surrounding this interpretation. Some say that “axe” is misspelled and that this leads them to believe that it’s actually an anagram. In American society the accepted spelling is indeed “ax” but this is hardly to be considered an accurate representation of the Koran. “Axe” specifically refers to a hatchet or a cleaver, whereas “ax” is more of a machete or bladed weapon. If misspelled it cannot be considered accurate to the Koran. But as tattoos are considered sinful in Islamic tradition there is little doubt that Cho Seung-Hui was ignorant of the Koran.

There are also many other explanations.

For example in 2005 film producer/director Ismail Merchant died. He was a who was honored at the 2006 Ax Awards, an anime expo.
In James Fenimore Cooper's “The Prairie,” Ishmael Bush is a settler attempting to escape from civilization. He starts out out across the prairie with two key tools, a gun and an axe. Each has a symbolic meaning. The axe - which can either kill or provide shelter - stands for both creation and destruction.

William S. Burrough and Robert Anton Wilson wrote about the ancient Ismailis.

One of the 87 Precinct short stories by Ed McBain is named Ax.

In popular culture Ax is a WWE Professional tag team wrestler. Ax is also a classical musician. AX is a kickboxing site. Ismail YX is a popular Turkish hip hop artist.

Ax is the name of a special forces group in the TV series Trinity Blood.
F-Zero Ax is a video game. Ismail AX could be an online handle, a password.

Another question surrounding the tattoo is its origin. Did he, in his steely psychopathic resolution, carve the words into his own flesh or did he get the tattoo at an established tattoo parlor? If he did get it at a tattoo parlor then why is the word “axe” misspelled?

There are numerous possible explanations for this; however a likely explanation is that Cho Seung-Hui did not get the tattoo in America (where the tattooists would surely know how to spell “axe”). In fact in order to answer the question of the tattoo’s origin we must look back in Cho Seung-Hui’s history. All the way back into what is colloquially known as Asia.

Here it is not too difficult to imagine that an individual, thinking of themselves as somewhat romantic, would get a tattoo of a quotation from a foreign religion. The tattooists, knowing that the customer is no more fluent in the foreign language than they are, would simply approximate the accurate spelling without their patron being any the wiser. In fact this has happened numerous times to visitors of Asia.

Often foreign visitors of Japan will get a tattoo of Japanese Kanji (Kanji being an alphabet of descriptive symbols) thinking it will be accurately spelt. However these foolishly trusting individuals are often dismayed to later find that the symbol they requested has been misspelled or even (if the tattooist in question is more mischievous) a completely different symbol. For example anecdotal evidence shows that a man who had requested a “love” tattoo got the significantly less romantic tattoo “pencil”.

Is it possible that the misspelling is due to Cho Seung-Hui being similarly duped? It’s certainly possible. Many individuals who receive religiously orientated tattoos fail to realize that what they are doing is often against the religion they claim to admire/adhere to. For example the tattoo shown bellow contains the words “John 3:16”. If only the person who had received this tattoo had taken the time to look at Leviticus 19:28 “Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.”

As it is likely that American tattooists would pick-up on the translation error it is very possible that Cho Seung-Hui received the tattoo in Asia. But the question then turns to when. Cho Seung-Hui moved to the United States in September 1992, along with his sister Sun Kyong-Cho. Surely a boy under the age of seven would not get a tattoo? It’s naturally very unlikely.

So when did he get the tattoo?

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Cho Seung-Hui researched Students

Official records claim that Cho Seung-Hui attended and (in 2003) graduated from Westfield High School in Chantilly, Virginia. Both Erin Peterson and Reema Samaha also graduated from Westfield in 2006.

Therefore they would have both been attending the High School when Cho is alleged to have been attending it also. But shockingly both these students, who may have been able to identify Cho as their fellow Westfield High School Alumni, were victims of the Virginia Tech Massacre.

Erin Sheehan, one of the survivors, said that during the massacre Cho "peeked in twice, earlier in the lesson, like he was looking for someone, somebody, before he started shooting." This took place in the German class. Erin Sheehan was one of the few to escape the attack physically unscathed.

Former roommates described Cho as methodical and deliberative, recalling that he appeared to research women who he was later accused of stalking. Computer analysis could show whether Cho performed such research on his victims.
And according to Lucinda Roy Cho Seung-Hui was often seen taking pictures of his fellow classmates. What purpose did these pictures serve? Why would he need photographs of fellow students?

It seems possible that there is more to the Virginia Tech Massacre than the random assault of a madman.

VTConspiracy News: Students return to Campus

Virginia Tech Students and staff filled the center of Virginia Tech campus on April the 23rd, 2007 to pay solemn tribute to the victims of the Virginia Tech Massacre. An antique 850-pound brass bell was installed on a limestone rostrum for the occasion and tolled for the dead before classes resumed.

33 white balloons were also released into the air in memory of the 32 victims and the gunman, Cho Seung-Hui along with 1,000 balloons in Virginia Tech colors.

"I've been back with my friends, but I don't know how it's going to feel, seeing the empty seats in the classroom, noticing the people who aren't here anymore," said David Patton, a 19-year-old freshman who was friends with two victims. "I'm wondering where they are now, if they are in heaven, and when I'll see them again."

The campus was covered with a week's worth of memorials and tributes to the victims, including flowers, writings and candles.
The antique bell rang at 9:45 a.m., around the time when Cho killed 30 students and faculty members. The tribute lasted 11 minutes, as the bell rang for each of the victims and Cho.

As the crowd broke up, people started to chant, "Let's Go Hokies" several times.

"I thought last week as time goes by that I could forget this tragic incident," graduate student Sijung Kim said. "But as time goes by I find I cannot forget."

"It's only been a week, but it seems so long ago," said Marc Hamel, 43, a political science student. "Getting back into class is really going to help."

A moment of silence was also observed at about 7:15 a.m., near the dormitory where Cho's first victims, Ryan Clark and Emily Hilscher, were killed.
In front of the dorm, a small marching band from Alabama played "America the Beautiful" and carried a banner that read, "Alabama loves VT Hokies. Be strong, press on."

Afterward, a group of students and campus ministers brought 33 white prayer flags from the dorm to the school's War Memorial Chapel. They placed the flags in front of the campus landmark and adorned them with pastel-colored ribbons as the Beatles' song "The Long and Winding Road" played through the recently installed loudspeakers.

"You could choose to either be sad, or cheer up a little and continue the regular routine," said student Juan Carlos Ugarte, 22. "Right now, I think all of us need to cheer up."
Ugarte, a senior from Bolivia, wrote a message on a yellow ribbon for one of the victims, Reema Samaha. "God will forever be with you. I will always pray for you, and remember."

Andy Koch, a former roommate of the gunman, was among the many students who remembered the shooting Monday. "Last night, I didn't sleep much," he said.

On the main campus lawn stood a semicircle of stones — 33 chunks of locally quarried limestone to remember each of the dead.

Someone left a laminated letter at Cho's stone, along with a lit purple candle.

"Cho, you greatly underestimated our strength, courage and compassion. You have broken our hearts, but you have not broken our spirits. We are stronger and prouder than ever. I have never been more proud to be a Hokie. Love, in the end, will always prevail. Erin J."

University officials were not sure how many students planned to be back Monday. Virginia Tech is allowing students to drop classes without penalty or to accept their current grades if they want to spend the rest of the year at their parents' homes grieving last week's campus massacre.

But whatever decisions they make academically, many students say they will do their mourning on campus — and that they can't imagine staying away now.

Students began returning to campus as police continued their investigation. State Police investigators still had not connected Cho to his victims but were reviewing data, including Cho's computer files, looking for such a connection.

"We're going back to the hard drives," State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller said. "They're still in the processing and analysis stage." What exactly this "processing" involves is unknown.

Former roommates described Cho as methodical and deliberative, recalling that he appeared to research women who he was later accused of stalking. Computer analysis could show whether Cho performed such research on his victims. This is surely an interesting development. As Cho Seung-Hui allegedly attended High School with two of his victims this could confirm the theory that it was necessary, for whatever reason, to silence these two individuals.

Dr. William Massello, the assistant state medical examiner in Roanoke, said Cho died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head after firing enough shots to wound his victims more than 100 times.

Meanwhile, Virginia Tech's Student Government Association issued a statement Sunday asking the news media to respect the privacy of students and leave campus. Around campus, camera crews and reporters are routinely met with scorn, including comments such as "go home."

Around campus are constant reminders of counseling options, and state police will provide security at least through Monday.

"I still feel safe. I always have," said Claire Guzinski, a resident of West Ambler Johnston Hall, where Clark and Hilscher were slain. "I just think, stuff happens. It's still in the middle of nowhere, a rural area. What are the chances of it happening twice?"

The only thing she feels nervous about, she says, is what to say to classmates who lost close friends.

In the above video Nikki Giovani, the woman author who said that the idea of Cho Seung-Hui suffering from a mental disorder was "crap" preferring to describe him simply as "mean", makes a passionate speech.

Holes in the media's coverage of the Virginia Tech Massacre are disturbingly common. The most common story being circulated by the media concerning the attack is that Cho Seung-Hui committed suicide immediately after the arrival of the police.

In the following video we see shocking proof of federal forces engaging Cho Seung-Hui in a gun-fight. According to the official story Cho Seung-Hui chained the door to Norris Hall (an Engineering Building) and once the police managed to breach the barricaded doors they found Cho Seung-Hui already dead having killed himself.

However this report simply doesn’t hold up when further evidence is considered. In a video tape recorded by Virginia Tech student Jamal Albarghouti we see police officers engaging an unseen individual. In this video we can clearly hear multiple gunshots taking place with disturbing frequency.

Though the wind is loud, often dominating the video, we can still hear the gunshots. What we can learn from this video is that this gunfight took place outside, not inside. Furthermore the guns fired are audibly diverse, suggesting that several different weapons were used in the assault.

Another mystery surrounding the Virginia Tech Massacre is the second gunman who was thought to have been on the Virginia Tech premises but was forgotten shortly after the horrific attack. Where did he go and why have police stopped investigating the possibility of a second gunman?

There is the question on how Cho managed to make the long journey from West Ambler Johnston to Norris Hall. The fore mentioned second gunman-theory could account for this, but who this enigmatic man is has yet to be verified. However an odd picture did emerge recently showing a man (not Cho Sueng-Hui) being arrested on the same day.

When the NBC Video made by Cho Seung-Hui arrived at the NBC headquarters in New York there was controversy surrounding its subsequent display on the news. Some thought that the video did not deserve the air-time that the perpetrators clearly wanted it to have.

In this video Cho Seung-Hui is seen railing against the wealthy and comparing himself to Jesus Christ. Along with the video are photographs of Cho standing in threatening positions, holding such weapons as hammers and guns. However a closer analysis of the video reveals some interesting information. If you look at the eye-line of Cho Seung-Hui you can see that he is looking down, his eyes are moving backward and forward. Clearly Cho is reading this statement from a script and it is not a spontaneous rant. Cho is unusually subdued even in his most angry moments. In the scene where he compares himself to Christ watch as he looks downward at a script just out of shot. The most striking scene is when he reads almost an entire statement straight from a script, looking up at the camera very infrequently.

Perhaps Professor Nikki Giovani’s assessment was correct and Cho Sueng-Hui was a cruel, callous and mean individual but not completely insane.

Did he write the rants himself or were they simply given to him to read? If so who gave him the scripts?

VTConspiracy News: Police distracted by second suspect

At Virginia Tech police did not lock down the campus after the first of two shootings and this has given rise to heated discussion.

The New York Times reported that this decision may have been motivated by the belief that the first shooting was the culmination of an isolated domestic dispute. However if a murder took place on campus surely it would be nescessary to send students home?

Virginia Tech Police Department Detective Stephanie J. Henley applied for a search warrant for the residence of Karl David Thornhill, boyfriend of victim Emily Jane Hilscher, after Hilscher and resident advisor Ryan Clark were found shot to death at Hilscher's dorm.

More than two hours after the first shooting, Thornhill was being questioned by police when word came of more gunfire at a second location. Th eimage in this post is the affidavit Henley filed, which has been split into two parts for readability.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy News: Police were ordered to Stand Down

According to "prisonplanet.com" police and EMT workers were given a federal order to stand down and not engage Cho Seung-Hui while the massacre of April the 16th took place.

"Prisonplanet" says that they received anonymous telephone calls from police and EMT's who claim that a stand down order was in place. This account was confirmed by eyewitness and Blacksburg local Matt Kazee, owner of "thetruthmovement.net".

When Matt pressed the local EMT’s about their lack of action they told him that they were to wait until “federal forces” arrived. The site claims that this explains the non-response between the shooting that took place early that morning and the shooting that took place later in the day.

The policy of federal control over the University was put in place following a previous shooting in August of 2006. In this pervious shooting a police officer and a hospital security guard were killed.

In addition, a former long-term University police officer, George French, told "prisonplanet"that it is routine to seal off a campus on which a suspected gunman is loose.

“Setting up a series of roadblocks, controlling access to very large pieces of property, is very much routine on any university campus in Canada and in the United States,” said French.

“After a double homicide, when you’re looking for a dangerous fellow with a firearm, I find it unfathomable that a series of roadblocks weren’t set up…to prevent the felon from escaping.”

French could find no logical conclusion other than deliberate inaction on the part of officials.

The Virginia Tech Conspiracy: Parents "Hospitalised"

According to media reports the parents of Cho Seung-Hui, the Virginia Tech serial killer, were "hospitalised" allegedly due to shock. Apparently their sons actions were completely unexpected and shocked them so strongly that it was necessary for them to be brought into medical care.

Several reports in Korean media claimed that they had attempted suicide, however this is not the case. The Korean media was acting on rumours spread through Korean media sources.
The Korea Herald, quoting Radio Korea in Los Angeles, reported that Cho's father tried to slash his wrists. They also reported that his mother had swallowed a toxic drug.

His sister, Sun Kyung-Cho, is a worker with the US State Department and when asked about his actions she said: "This is someone I grew up with and loved. Now I feel like I didn't know this person." Sun Kyung-Cho is one of the most vocal members of the Cho family and has released a statement on their behalf.

It is highly suspicious that Cho Seung-Hui's parents were hospitalised following the massacre and shock is hardly an ample explanation. Though it was indeed a shocking event the rest of Cho Seung-Hui's family did not display the same suprise as his parents. After watching the video of him posing with weapons his furious grandfather said, "Son of a bitch. It served him right that he died with his victims."

Indeed it does sound like justice that Cho Seung-Hui died the day of his massacre. However can we be certain that Cho was the only individual involved? Police initially reported that there was a second gunman on campus but shortly after Cho's death they withdrew those claims. If there is another gunman loose then his capture is obviously imperative.

But surely it must be considered suspicious that the parents of the most brutal gunman in American history should be swept away, evading the reach of the inquisitive press.

On April 16, 2007 on the premises of the Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg a gunman killed 32 people and injured another 17 before allegedly committing suicide. It made history by being the largest mass shooting perpetrated by a civilian in the history of the United States of America. Cho Seung-Hui, identified by authorities as the gunman, was born in South Korea and apparently grew up in Virginia. He is alleged to have had a green card and obtained permanent residence status.
The massacre at Virginia Tech University has shocked the populace of the United Sates and inspired immense controversy.

However the reasons for the attack have remained largely ambiguous.
As the days roll on more and more questions are being asked regarding the murders. Strange and disturbing facts about the events that took place on that day are being revealed. There are also innumerable unanswered questions concerning the massacre and particularly surrounding the killer himself.

These and other questions are the topic of this page. Naturally Cho Seung-Hui is the center of the conflict surrounding the Virginia Tech Massacre and as such it is necessary to discuss him, who he was shown to be and whether or not we know all we need to know about him.

Official accounts of the Virginia Tech Massacre states that Cho Seung-Hui had lived legally in the United States with his parents for 14 years. Cho Seung-Hui allegedly moved to the United States in September 1992 living in Centreville, Virginia. However the legitimacy of these claims is questionable. A spokesman with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services refused to release any information concerning Cho Seung-Hui’s parents. The media was naturally inquisitive about the parent’s reaction to the massacre but, strangely, they could not be contacted.
Even more curious is what Larry Hincker, spokesman for Virginia Tech, had to say about Cho Seung-Hui: “We’re having difficulty finding information about him …”

The media claims that Cho Seung-Hui attended and (in 2003) graduated from Westfield High School in Chantilly, Virginia. Both Erin Peterson and Reema Samaha also graduated from Westfield in 2006. Therefore they would have both been attending the High School when Cho is alleged to have been attending it also. But shockingly both these students, who may have been able to identify Cho as their fellow Westfield High School Alumni, were victims of the Virginia Tech Massacre. Perhaps Cho held some ambiguous grudge, or is something more sinister going on?

And according to Lucinda Roy Cho Seung-Hui was often seen taking pictures of his fellow classmates. What purpose did these pictures serve? Why would he need photographs of fellow students? Were they, perhaps, used as identification? Cho Seung-Hui was also reported to have followed several females to and from their classes. Did this serve a purpose? Was it more than the stalker-behavior we are told to believe it was?

Information about the life of Cho Seung-Hui prior to the Virginia Tech Massacre is notably limited (aside from some significant information concerning his sister Sun Kyong-Cho, which is discussed later). Some reports claim that Cho Seung-Hui is believed to have been taking psychiatric medication for depression however there is absolutely no record of this in federal prescription databases. Lucinda Roy, one of Cho's English professors, referred him for counseling but he refused to attend.

Cho’s Poetry Professor Nikki Giovani had him removed from her class because his behavior was so menacing. She remarked that the idea of Cho Seung-Hui suffering from a mental disorder was "crap". She preferred to describe his behavior as simply "mean". “Intimidating... there was something mean about this boy. It was the meanness — I've taught troubled youngsters and crazy people — it was the meanness that bothered me. It was a really mean streak.”

This assessment should, perhaps, be emphasized considering that Cho Seung-Hui refused to attend the psychiatric sessions recommended to him and did not use psychiatric drugs. When informed of the massacre, she remarked, "I knew when it happened that that's probably who it was," and "I would have been shocked if it wasn't."

Early reports claimed that Cho Seung-Hui was romantically involved with his fellow student Emily Hilscher. However there is no evidence to suggest that this was the case. Heather Haugh, Hilscher's roommate, said that she knew of no connection between the two. It seems that the “loner” behavior that Cho is described as having extended into his romantic life. Not only that but Cho seemed to avoid connecting with anyone on campus.

Though we know little of the killer himself other, more disturbing, information concerning Cho Seung-Hui’s connections has emerged recently. Although not commonly known Cho Seung-Hui was distantly involved with the US State Department office that controls the monetary subsidization of the Iraq war effort. Sun Kyong-Cho, Cho Seung-Hui’s sister, is employed as a contractor by the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office. This is the third time that Sun Cho has been employed by the state department since her graduation from Princeton University, with an economics major in 2004. Strangely the spokesman for the State Department, Sean McCormack, immediately wished to disassociate the department with Cho Seung-Hui’s sister, even going as far as to deny her employment; "this person is not a direct-hire employee of the State Department."

More and more disturbing information about the character of Cho Seung-Hui is emerging as the days go by, which leads to the speculation contained in this blog. Cho Seung-Hui, it seems, did not suffer from the mental conditions it is claimed he suffered from. Though a disturbed and mean individual it seems the only evidence of his insanity was in his writing and not in his quiet introverted composure.

In fact most psychopaths are noted to seem like charming, out-going individuals due to their high self regard and self-confidence. In the now infamous Ted Bundy case we are told of an absurdly confident murderer who possessed great intelligence. Often the friends and colleagues of psychopaths are surprised once the truth is revealed, saying that they had never suspected them of insanity. Cho Seung-Hui displayed none such behavior. Instead Cho’s mentality was largely displayed through his “plays” each being noted for their violent content and crude, almost adolescent writing style. The plays also contain extremely vulgar sexual references and disturbing evocations of child molestation.

As a student taking a major in English they are of shockingly low quality and simply do not meet the standard of a university student. We are told that these plays are a result of his mental instability; the products of a troubled mind. But anyone who has read the plays would surely ask the question; how could a “writer” of such deficiency be allowed access to the resources of a respected University? Who let him in?

Not only that but Cho Sueng-Hui showed very little interest in his school work. Cho Seung-Hui often said he was taking a Business major, when he was actually taking an English major.

We can only conclude this section by asking the final and most obvious question; if he was not a psychopath then why did Cho Seung-Hui commit these murders? Why was his insanity so uncharacteristically flaunted? And, if he is not who we are told, who was Cho Seung-Hui?
